At Impressions Online Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue an e-gift card to your email within 5-7 business days.
